* Limited Warranty Overview

This limited warranty is a voluntary manufacturer’s promise that adds extra protection on top of your statutory consumer rights, which may vary by state or local law.

If your Redliro Product is found to be defective, you may choose to make a claim under this Limited Warranty or, where applicable, under your statutory consumer rights.

1. What Does This Limited Warranty Cover

This Limited Warranty covers Redliro Products purchased directly from Redliro or from its authorized resellers, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Tiktok.

2. Warranty Period & Conditions

a. The applicable Warranty Period is 1 year from the original date of purchase, as documented on your proof of purchase. Please fill out the form to activate the warranty service ASAP after ordering.

b. This Limited Warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser bought from Redliro or an authorized retailer, in the event of a gift, the original gift recipient.

c. This Warranty applies solely to non-commercial, residential indoor use. Otherwise, the warranty terms will be void unless specifically stated in the product’s description.

d. All warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable Warranty Period.

3. What Is NOT Covered

a. Normal wear and tear or aging.


b. Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance.


c. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper assembly, unauthorized modification, or use beyond intended design.


d. Damage caused by external causes, electrical irregularities, environmental conditions.


e. Commercial, non-residential, outdoor use, or any use outside a single household.

4. What Redliro Will Do

If a covered defect arises within the Warranty Period and a valid claim is submitted, Redliro may, at its sole discretion, take the following measures:


a. Provide replacement parts with illustrated or video instructions.


b. Replace the product with a brand new or refurbished equivalent product;.


c. Provide a full or partial refund, taking into account the actual circumstances.

5. How to Obtain Warranty Service

a. Upon discovering any defect in the product, please discontinue use immediately and contact our customer service team.

b. To assist you efficiently, you must provide:
* Order number for the product;
* Proof of purchase showing the original purchase date;
* A detailed description of the defect, supported by relevant photos or video.

c. For returns requested due to product quality issues, Redliro will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Otherwise, Redliro shall not be responsible for any return-related expenses.

d. Redliro provides lifetime product support, but shall not be responsible for any costs incurred beyond the warranty period, including but not limited to replacement parts and product repair services.

6. Additional Information

a. Any disputes regarding product defects shall be resolved in accordance with Redliro’s Warranty Terms.

b. Redliro’s liability shall not exceed the actual price paid for the product; to the fullest extent permitted by law, it shall not include any consequential or incidental damages.

c. Redliro reserves the right to revise or update its limited warranty terms from time to time to reflect product improvements, changes to authorized sales channels, regulatory requirements, and service policy optimization. Any updated terms will apply prospectively.
