Do you provide door-to-door delivery?
The item should be purchased through the listing marked by the seller shipment service, SHIPPED BY REDLIRO DIRECT. Once the order is placed, contact us within 12 hours at service@redliro.com to apply a signature service for dual insurance to ensure that this item will be shipped to your door.
How do I track my package?

Do you cover the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for most of our products. In a small number of cases, additional shipping fees may apply due to the location of our warehouses and delivery distance.
What happens if I cancel the order before the product is delivered?
1) Cancellation Within 24 Hours
If you submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. No additional fees will be charged.
2) Cancellation After 24 Hours
If your cancellation request is submitted after 24 hours, your order may have already been processed and shipped. We can try to contact the carrier to intercept and recall the package, or you may choose to refuse delivery and notify us afterward.
Please note that the carrier may charge us an interception service fee. To share this cost, an interception service fee of up to $50 may apply only when you request and we actually initiate an interception. We will confirm with you before proceeding.
If the package cannot be intercepted or has entered the final-mile delivery stage, we will provide return instructions after the package is delivered.
The product has arrived, but I no longer want it. How do I return it?
1) If you’re not satisfied with your Redliro product, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. You will need to provide photos of the original product packaging and the full shipping label for our review. Once approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label.
Please note:
● For non-defective returns: Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item in acceptable condition, we will refund your order amount minus the actual return shipping cost.
● For items that cannot be restocked or resold due to damage or defects: Customer may keep or dispose of the product, and get a full refund.
2) Outside of quality-related concerns, returns or refunds will not be approved beyond 30 days from delivery.
3) Given the large size and weight of our equipment, any additional shipping or delivery fees paid at the time of purchase (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Is the assembly a one or two person job and is it easy for an elderly person to do?
Assembly is manageable with the included instructions, but some lifting and positioning are required. For safety and ease, we recommend that two people assemble the treadmill, especially if the user is elderly.
How often should I lubricate the treadmill belt?
The lubrication frequency depends on how often you use the treadmill, and our treadmill features an easy oil refill port on the upper right side for quick maintenance:
● ≤3 hours/week, every 2 months
● 4-7 hours/week, every 1 month
● ≥8 hours/week, every 2 weeks
I noticed small black debris on the floor near the treadmill. What are they and should I be concerned?
The black residue is normal and is produced by friction between your shoes and the textured running belt during exercise. It is not a product quality issue. To minimize this residue, you can use sneakers with softer soles when using the treadmill.
Is the crease on the treadmill belt normal?
No need to worry, the crease is a normal result of the belt connection process during treadmill assembly. When the head and tail of the belt are joined together, they undergo high-temperature compression, which creates this crease. Rest assured, it won't impact the treadmill's functionality in any way.
Why is the heart rate reading on my treadmill inaccurate? How can I adjust it?
The treadmill’s heart rate monitor is designed as a general fitness reference tool to estimate your heart rate during exercise. It may be affected by your grip, movement, and exercise intensity, so readings are for reference only and not intended for medical use.
If you require highly precise or medically oriented heart rate data, we recommend using a dedicated fitness watch or other professional heart rate monitoring device.
Why isn’t my treadmill showing exercise distance?
This may be related to your speed or exercise duration. The display only updates distance in 0.1-mile increments. At 0.3 mph, it takes about 20 minutes to show the first 0.1 mile. On some models with a 0.5 mph minimum speed, it takes about 12 minutes.
If distance still doesn’t show or is inaccurate after sufficient use, please contact our support team.
