We offer a 12-month warranty on all our products. You can activate the warranty here.
● The warranty service is only applicable to products purchased through official Redliro stores (such as Amazon, Walmart, etc.). For products bought through authorized retailers, distributors, or the second-hand market, please contact them directly for warranty information.
● The warranty does not cover issues not related to product quality, such as natural disasters or accidental damage
● For products that are not eligible for warranty or whose warranty period has expired, if you need replacement parts, you may need to cover the associated costs, including the cost of the parts and shipping fees. Replacement parts will typically be delivered to you within 7-15 days after you provide proof of payment.

🛠️ Is the crease on the treadmill belt normal?
No need to worry, the crease is a normal result of the belt connection process during treadmill assembly. When the head and tail of the belt are joined together, they undergo high-temperature compression, which creates this crease. Rest assured, it won't impact the treadmill's functionality in any way.
