Good full handrails treadmill for walking

Great walking treadmill for senior mom. I was looking for a full handrail treadmill for my mom to use. Mom has balance issues and daily walking is great on the three season room at our house for her. Lowest speed is great for mom and I can walk at the higher speed for my daily exercise. Took about an hour to put together, used the utube video for helping to do this.
